Reminders: OTD payments and gifts
Just some reminders...
1. For suppliers needing full payments on the day itself, put corresponding amount in separate envelopes, label and seal. Print an acknowledgement sheet summary where the suppliers can sign. Give the envelopes and payment sheet summary to someone who could settle the bills for you. In the summary sheet, indicate the name of the suppliers, amount and space for their signatures.
2. Make a summary sheet for the gifts, with numbered stickers for each gifts. The summary will contain the name of the giver and the number of his/her gift. Assign someone to monitor the loading of gifts in vehicles. S/He could use the tally sheet and mark the corresponding number of the sticker after loading it on the vehicle.
